All products purchased from www.Esentiments.pk can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date if any Defect or Damage in the Product, no-questions-asked! it can be Replace with the same product!
Simply notify us of your exchange intention within 3 days of delivery
⦁ We offer FREE pickup for customers who Get the Damage or Defected Product opt for the online Replacement process on average takes 7-10 working days.
⦁ Product is in a saleable condition and is unused
However, we will be unable to process your Replacement request if:
⦁ The Replacement request is made outside the specified time frame (within 7 days of delivery).
⦁ Product is damaged because of use or has been tampered with.
The Customer receives damaged goods
• Customers may claim refund if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this. However Customer need to bear the Cost of Sending the returned item back to Esentiments, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent, Note “Delivery charges are not refundable”.
• Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged good.
Refund Policy:
has a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.
Exchange with any Other Product Policy
You will need to bear the cost of the sending the returned item back to Esentiments, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange. The procedure for online exchange is as follows:

Esentiments has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in quality control or the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
