Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation
- You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched
- A tracking number will be shared with you after dispatch
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays

- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering

💳 Payment Options
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required for standard orders.
Advance Payment (Bank Transfer)
For high-value or premium products, a 50% advance payment is required before we begin processing your order. This applies to select items only, and is clearly mentioned on the product page.
To make an advance payment:

- Send your payment receipt via WhatsApp
- Your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Raise a Return Request
- Take clear photos/video of the item and packaging immediately upon receiving

Conditions for Returns
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
